NOTE: BEFORE THE GAS LEAK CAME UP IT WAS RUNNING JUST FINE. I HAD ALL FLUIDS CHANGED IN DECEMBER (OIL, COOLANT, AND TRANSMISSION)
Things that are wrong/need fixing:
Gas Leak (not sure if line or tank; car will need to be towed away because of this)
Oil Leak (has been diagnosed as three different things; not sure which it really is: rear main seal, dist. o-ring, head gasket)
ABS not working
HUD not working (a wiring issue I believe)
Needs exhaust from cat-back
Gas Gauge Faulty (empty when reads 1/4; I believe the wire just needs to be re-soldered)
Might be do for timing belt in future (I haven't checked the condition of the current belt)
Things that have been done while in my possession:
New Alternator, New Serpentine Belt, All Fluids Flushed, Mobil 1 Oil Changes at 3,000km intervals, Cleaned throttle plate, New transmission filter and magnet cleaned.
Things I for sure intend to take out of car (may take more depending on whether you would like it complete or not):

K&N Air Filter
